Abstract Submission
1. Submission Guidelines:

• Indicate author category: (see abstract structure below)
• Abstracts may not exceed 300 words excluding the title, the author names, the affiliations, and the references. No figures or tables are allowed in the abstract.
• Allowed abstract file formats are pdf and docx.
• The abstract should be written using the structure below:

2. Abstract Structure:

• Indicate author category (Student, Early Career Researcher, Researcher, Trade representative or Other)
• Title
• The authors and their affiliations
• Background: Provide context and relevance of the study.
• Aim: Clearly state the objective of the research.
• Methods: Describe the methodology used in the research.
• Results: Summarize the key findings.
• Conclusions: Highlight the implications and significance of the results

3. Deadline:

• Abstracts must be submitted at the latest November 16, 2024

All abstracts will be reviewed by the conference committee.

We aim at accommodating all abstracts as oral presentations. However, if time constraints do not allow for this, we will offer the opportunity for poster presentations.
Notifications of acceptance and presentation format will be sent by the end of 2024.
